Refund Policy: Taking Pride in Our Customers
At CAMPANELLI, we take our home care and cleaning products seriously, but we also believe that life is too short for long boring refund policies. So, here's ours – short and sweet.
Our Promise
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not head over heels in love with your CAMPANELLI product, don't you fret! You've got 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a full refund.
No Questions Asked
Seriously, we mean it. We won't ask you why you're returning your item. Maybe it didn't quite meet your expectations, maybe you loved it TOO much and that scared you (we've all been there). Whatever the reason, we're here to make it right.
Exceptions (Because Life Can Be Messy)
While we're pretty lenient with our return policy, there are a couple of ground rules:
- Empty containers and fully consumed products: If you've used up every last drop of your Campanelli product, we won't be able to accept it back. We'd love to hear your secret for making our products disappear that fast, though!
How to Make a Return
Returning a product is as easy as pie... actually why do they say that, making a pie is actually kind of hard. Returning a product is even easier than pie! Here's all you need to do:

Refund Process
Once we've received your returned item and verified that it meets our policy criteria, we'll process your refund asap. Please allow a bit of time for the refund to be credited back to your account, but rest assured, we'll work diligently to make it snappy.
