Domestic Shipping (US)
Once your order ships, we aim to have it leave our facility within 1-2 business days with standard ground shipping.
Once the order is placed and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 3-5 business days.
NOTE ON AEROSOL PRODUCTS: Items like our Pro Series Point & Spray Stain Remover are only available for ground delivery within the contiguous United States (delivery is currently unavailable to HI, AL, VI, and other US Territories). We are unable to offer rush or expedited delivery on these goods. We also cannot ship these items to PO Boxes or virtual addresses.
International Shipping (Non US and Not Listed Above)
Countries we currently ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

All shipments originate from our warehouses in the United States so please allow for reasonable transit times, as well as any applicable taxes, duties, fees, etc.
International shipping for all CAMPANELLI products are carried out by one of two methods, DDP (Delivered duty paid) or DDU (Delivered duty unpaid).
- Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): We agree to cover transporting your order until it reaches an agreed-upon destination. Import related taxes and duties will be collected and paid for by us and our affiliates. Once that destination is reached, the responsibility shifts to your local courier for final mile delivery.
- Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): We agree to cover transporting your order to your destination, however taxes and duties may be required by the customer to pay upon delivery for a package entering that particular country. These fees are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping rates for all international orders are calculated at checkout based on your country and the size of your order(s)
Most countries will ship via DDP, some via DDU including Switzerland, Israel, the UAE, and Japan. Additional shipments may ship DDP but will be limited.
