My order was in transit, but hasn't moved recently. What should I do?Updated a month ago
Once we ship our your order and it leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for delivery lands with the carrier. We have the same visibility to your package's journey as you do. If you see that your order was in transit and hasn't updated recently, we recommend contacting the carrier your tracking number is with (i.e UPS, FedEX, USPS, etc) and provide the tracking information to see what further information they may be able to provide you. If your package is deemed to have been lost in transit, reach out to our customer support team and we will do our best to get you taken care of!
