I sprayed a stain and the spot is still there. What do I do?Updated a year ago

Depending on the age and nature of the stain, you may need multiple applications.  Before doing so, vacuum the area when it is dry.  Sometimes the dried crystals, especially at the bottom of light colored carpet, make it appear the stain is still there, but is removed when vacuumed.  If the stain remains, repeat the application and consider using a soft bristle brush to agitate the fibers.
