How do I clean my microfiber duster?Updated 10 months ago
For newer CAMPANELLI Dusters with removable duster sleeves: Take the dusters outside and thoroughly shake them out. If your duster gets really dirty, you can launder them. Remove the duster sleeve from the duster handle insert and simply machine wash in COLD water. We recommend you tumble dry low to extend the life of your duster.
IMPORTANT: Do not use any type of fabric softener, dryer sheets, or bleach.
For CAMPANELLI Dusters without the removable duster sleeve (duster stays attached to handle): Take the dusters outside and thoroughly shake them out. In the event your duster becomes heavily soiled, run it under water with a mild dish soap, working the lather in the fibers of the duster. Be sure to thoroughly rinse out the soap, as to not leave any residue. Once rinsed, we recommend holding the duster upside down with the handle in between your palms. Rub your hands back and forth so that it spins the duster. The faster you spin it, the more the fibers will separate. You can then lay flat or hang the duster to dry. Once dry, repeat that same spinning process to fluff your duster.
